Terms.

1. The contract

By creating an account or using Appitraj you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these Terms occasionally; material changes are announced by email and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito — we don't store your password.

One account per natural person. Shared, resold, or automated accounts may be terminated without refund.

3. Credits & billing

Appitraj operates on a credit system. Credits are debited up front when a scan starts. If you don't have enough credits, the action is blocked.

• Trial: 100 credits, 7 days, no card required.
• Scout: $29/month, 2,000 credits.
• Operator: $79/month, 10,000 credits.
• Studio: $199/month, 40,000 credits.

Credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle and do not roll over. Overage is billed at $5 per 1,000 credits.

Plan changes are prorated automatically by Stripe — when you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, you're charged or credited the proportional difference. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not refund unused credits or partial months.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Appitraj to research App Store markets, optimize your own apps, inform localization decisions, and build your own products informed by the data we surface. You may not:

• Use the service to violate Apple's App Store guidelines or any applicable law.
• Scrape, spider, or systematically download data outside the provided API.
• Reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm or probe the system for vulnerabilities (security research is welcome — see contact below).
• Resell access, scan results, or API credentials to third parties without a written reseller agreement.
• Use automation to exhaust credits, evade rate limits, or interfere with other users.

5. Data & intellectual property

You own your scan history, your candidate selections, and any reports you export. We own the platform, the scoring formulas, the AI prompts, and aggregated anonymized analytics derived from usage patterns.

Underlying App Store data is sourced from public App Store APIs via a third-party data provider. We don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness — use it as one input among many.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. To delete your account entirely (including all scans, candidates, and authentication identity), use Settings → Danger zone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or repeated violations of these Terms. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Appitraj is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any gap surfaced by the platform will result in revenue, rankings, or App Store approval. The intelligence is one signal among many — your judgment, build quality, and execution determine outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved in the courts of İstanbul.
